1 WI�REAS, the City of Saint Paul, Pazks and Recreation has received a donation from the family of Naomi Wells
2 in the amount of $1,000 as a memoria] gift; and

4 WHEREAS, this do�ation has been given to Pazks and Recreation for use at Conway Recreation Center
5 for the purpose of purchasing banquet style tables to be used in the Senior Citizen Program; and

7 WHEREAS, Pazks and Recreation wishes to accept this generous donation, and establish a financing and spending plan; and

9 VJHEREAS, the Mayor, pursuant to Section 10.07.1 of the Charter of the City of Saint Paul, does certify that there aze
10 available for appropriation, funds of $1,000 in excess of those estimated in the 2006 budget; and
