RESOLVED, That Mary Ann Sudeith be paid the sum of $3,069.50
out of the Workmen' s Compensation Account of the General Fund in
£u11 settlement of her claim against the City of Saint Paul for
compensation resulting from her injury of August 29, 1963, while
in the employ of the Civil Service Bureau whereby she suffered
a-temporary total disability until January 4, 1965 , and permanent
partial disability to her back presently estimated at 20 per cent ;
that of said sum the amount of $877.00 is now due and payable ,
and that the remainder of said sum or $2 ,19.2.50 shall be payable
--- at the rate of $43. 85 per week, at intervals of 4 weeks from and
after J'une 4, 1965 , subject to the final determination of her
disability. �
