Z'VHEREAS, the City of Saint Paul has vacated. a ce�tain portion
, of Grotto Street, described in and pursuant to Council File No. 222668,
approved March 26, 1965; reserving to the City of Saint Paul public
utility ri:ghts in said portion pursuant to Chapter 228, as amended, of
the Saint Paul T�egislative Code; and
WHEREAS, it is determined thattthere is no present nor fore-
seeable necessity for reserving to the City of Saint Paul any easement
for public utility purposes in said portion of Grotto Street; no�a,
; therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that upon the petition of Richaxd J. Coverdale, the
� City of Saint Paul herewith vacates and releases its easement for public
utility purposes in the followi.ng described part�of vacated Grotto Street:
"Grotto Street from the northerly boundaxy line
of Como Avenue as widened to the south boundary,�
line of Jessamine Street." � '
