In the matter of the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for changing the grade
of the alley in Block l, Weed and Halle's Addition from Kennard St. to a point 140'
west of Kennard St, to conform to the grade as shown on file in the Department of
Public Works. Also grade and surface with bituminous material the alley in Block 1,
Weed and Halle's Addition from Kennard St, to Germain St. to the proposed change of
grade.

RESOLVED, That the said assessment be and the same is hereby in all respects approved.
RESOLVE�D FURTHER, That a public heaxing be had an sa.id assessment on the �th
day of July, 1965 , , at the hour of 10 o'clock A. M., in the �ouncil Chamber of
the Court House and City Hall Building, in the City of St. Paul; that the Commissioner of Finance
give natice of said meetings, as required by the Charter, stating in said notice the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement, and the amount assessed against the lot or lots of the paxticular
owner to whom the notice is directed.
