The Council of the Gity .of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of I+�nance
upon the above improvement, and having considered sa.id report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and� the same is hereby appraved and adopted, a,nd the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with.
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends is
to grade and surface with bituminous materi al FARRINGTON ST'REET from Cottage Avenue
' to East Arlington Avenue. . _
with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof is $ 13,987.37

Resolved Furtlier, That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 6th day of
July, 1965 , at the hour�of 10 o'clock A.M., in the Council G°hamber af the Court

said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the time and place af
heaxing, the nature of the improvement and the tot�al cost thereof as estimated.
