Under date of March 6, 1965 a prin.ted copy of Council File No.
222094 was mailed to Michael Kassan, 210 Third Ayenue North,
South Saint Paul, and Harold Saunders, 155 Morton Street,
Saint Paul, which directed the wrecking ;and removal of the .
two stor ��►�-�f��an i�l�d�welling on Lot 5, ,Block 2, Lyton' s
Addition� also-Tcriown as 107 Lyton Place,', as published in the
officia�l paper. �
Mr. Kassan was issued a building permit,� No. D 42445 on March
17, 1965 for repairs but to date no work has been done and
the condition of the building has deteriorated further. There-
fore, please proceed with the condemnati'on action, which
will authorize the Commissioner of Parks�. And Recreation And
P ublic Buildings to enter upon the prope'rty and wreck and re-
move the structure thereon, and to do any and all things
therein necessary for the protection of life, limb, and adjoin-
ing property. i
