FINAL ORDER IN CONDEMNATION PROCEEDINGS
In the matter of �ondemni ng and taki ng an easement i n the 1 and necessary for the sl opes, �

A public hearing having been had upon the above improvement upon due notice, and the Council having
heard all persona, objectione and recommendations relative thereto, and having fully coneidered the eame;
therefore, be it
RESOLVED, By the CounciT of the City of 8aint Paul that the precise nature, extent and kind of im-
provement to be made by the eaid City is
Condemning and taking an easement in the land necessary for the slo�es, cuts and fills,
including right of removal of lateral support from subject land or remainder thereof,
occasioned by excavations thGreof or construction of slopes in the grading and surfacing
with bituminous material the alley in Block 2, Hume's Addition artd Block 3, Wessel 's
Addition from the north-south alley to Kennard Street.

and the Council hereby ordere eaid improvemente to be made. �
� RESOLVED FIIRTHER, that the following land, lande or easements therein be and the same are
hereby ordered to be taken, appropriated and condemned for the purpose of making eaid improvemente, vis.:
Condemning and taking an easement in the land necessary for the slopes, cuts and fills,
including right of removal of lateral support from subject land or remainder thereof,
occasioned by excavations thereof or construction of slopes in the grading and surfacing
with bituminous material the alley in Block 2, Hume's Addition and Block 3, Wessel 's
Addition from the north-south alley to Kennard Street.
RESOLVED FURTHER, That the Commiaeioner of Publia VPorks be and is hereby instructed and
directed to prepare plane and specifications for eaid improvement, and the proper city officiale are hereby
authorised and directed to proceed with t$he19��ing of eaid improvement in accordance therewith.
