Avenue from St. Paul Avenue to Fairview Avenue by,widening the roadbeds, by r�sur-
- facing the preaent pavement; by constructing curbs; by_reconstructing the interseeting
alley and street returns Where necessary, by reconstructing sidewalks trhere neeessary;
by constructing storm water drainage �acilities; by constructing sewer, water and gas
service conn.ections where necessary; a.nd by dai�g all other work �hich is necessary and
inciden�tal to complete said improvement �

RESOLVED, That the said assessment be and the same is hereby in all respects approved.
RESOLVE�D FURTHER,, That a public hearing be had an sa,id assessment on thP f ifth
day of May, 196�_ , at the hour of 10 o'cicek A. M., in the �ouncil Chamber of
the Court House a,nd City Hall Building, in the City of St. Paul; that the Commissioner of Finance
give natice of said meetings, as required by the Charter, stating in said notice the time and place of
heaxing, the nature of the improvement, and the amount assessed against the lot or lots of the particular

owner to whom the notice is directed. � �
