The Council of the City�of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of F`inance
upon th'e above impravement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with. . �

2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends is
to constrnct a public sewer in Roes Avenue from a point 125 feet more or less we�t
of Germain Street to Hazelwood Street -

Resolved Further, That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 4th day of

House and City Hall Building in the City of St. Paul. That.the Commissioner of F�nance give notice of
said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the time and place af
hearing, the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
