Resolved, That upon the petition of
Tdichael J. Sauro and the City of Saint
• Paul, that portion oP public alley situ-
ate in the City of Saint Paul,County of
Ramsey, and State of Minnesota, here-
inafter described, be and the same is
hereby vacated and discontinued as a
public street,viz.: - �
"That certain alley extending from
Wheelock Parkway south to the �
right-of-way of the St. Paul VPater
Works in Block 12, Gurney High-
]and Park;"
subject expressly to the following con-
ditions and reservaUons:
; 1.that the vacation be subiect to all
j the terms and conditions of Section
� 228 of the LegfslaUve Code regulat-
ing the procedure and prescrlbing
conditions for the vacation of public
, grounds, streets, alleys and high-
ways in the City of Saint Paul;
' 2.that the petitioner,Michael J.Sauro,
pay to the City the sum of$200.00 as
compensation for the po2�tion of the
alley which will accrue to his own-
ership and provide the City with a
bond in the amount of$500.00.
