This is in the matter of the referral of the application of the -
� Midway Ford Company to operate a 37 car off-street parking lot �
� for employees on pro,perty located on the west side of Dewey Street
- bet,ween University and Feronia Avenue described as Lots 99, 100
Union Park. This property was rezoned to commercial district on
June 6, 1964 fo'r the specific use of an employee parking lot.
The Board of Zoning considered this matter at its regular meeting �
on January 21, 1965. The staff reported that the parking lot had
been installed and the applicant is seeking authorization to con- .
tinue the use in accordance with city standards. It was also
reported that the plan Inet all of'the requirecl stanclards for this
' type of faciTity and had been approved_by,the Traffic Engineer. •

In consideration of these factors, the Board of_Zoning recommends
the granting of the permit for a 37 car employee parking lot on
the above described property in,. accordance with revised final plans
