directed to prepare plans and specifications for said improvement, and submit same ta the Council for

To the Commissioner of Finance of the City of St . Paul:
The Commissioner of Public Works , having had under consideration the pre—
� liminary order of the Council known as Council File No. 221689 ,

st_ r�,eti_ng the sidewalk and replace with inte�ral curb-sidewalk on the west side of
Robert St. from 12th. St. to Central Ave. and by doing all other work which is necessary
and incidental to complete said improvement. � -
and having investigated the matters and things referred to therein� here�
reports:
1. The estimated Cost thereof is $•10.00 per lin. ft. for standard 5" mono-�
lithic integral curb-sidewalk 10 ft. wide. Extra work (excav., fill, reinf conc. re�' d;
driveway crossings, block work, etc.) at extra cost.
