The Commissioner of Public Works � having had under consideration the pre-
li mi nary order of the Counci 1 known as Counci 1 Fi le No. 221682
approved Jan. i7th. ' 19_�_relative to reconstructin� the sidewalk
on both sides of Wheeler St. from Universitv Ave to St Anthonv Ave and bv doin�
_all other work which is necessar and incidental to complete said improvement -
