FROM THE STATE TO THE HOUSING AND REDEVELOp�IENT
AUTHORITY 0 F THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL, MINNESOTA.
� BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISI,ATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTAi
Section I. 1Votwithstanding any contrary provision of law the
governor,, on behalf of the state and upon recommendation of the
commissioner of highways, is authorized to convey and quitclaim
to the housing and redevelopment authority of the city of Saint
Paul, Minnesota, for redevelopment purposes, the following described
real estate heretofore acquired by the commissioner in excess of
what is needed for trunk highway purposes and located in the city
of Saint Paul and county of Ramse y. �
• All that part of the following descr�bed tracts and
reversionary rights :
1. Lots 12, 13� 14, 15 and Lots 21 to 30 inclusive,

Block 18, Mackubin and Marshall' s Addi�ion to St•
Paul, according to the plat thereof now on file and
of record in the office of the Register of Deeds in
and for Ramsey County;
2: Lots 9, 10, 11 and 12, Block 2� Gracers Addition
to the City of St. Paul� according to the plat
thereof now on file and of record in the office
of the Register of Deeds in and for Ramsey County.
3. That part of the public alley which would accrue to
Lots 11 and 12, Block 18, Mackubin and Marshall' s
• Addition to St. Paul, according to the plat thereof

� event of the vacation of said public alley and that
part of Carroll Avenue which would accrue to Lots
' 12, 13, 14 and 15, Block 2, Grace' s Addition to St.
Paul, according to the plat thereof now on file and
of record in the office of the Register of Deeds in
and for Ramsey County, in the event of the vacation
of said Carroll Avenue�
which lies southwesterly of a line run parallel with and distant
30 feet southwesterly of the following described line :
From the point of intersection of the center line of
Arundel Street with the center line of Carroll Avenue�
run easterly along the center line of said Carroll
• Avenue for 658.28 feet; thence deflect to the left at
an angle of 89° 3'7' for 106.11 feet; thence deflect
to the right at an angle of 101° 53' 21" for 250 feet
�o the point of beginning of the line to be described;
thence run northwesterly along the last described
course for 1000 feet and there terminating.
subject to the following restriction: No access shall be
permitted to the Frontage Road from the above described real

Sec. 2. The consideration for the conveyance of the above
