liminary order of the Council known as Council File No. 221685
approved_ Tan. 7th. 19�_relati,ve to__reconstructin� the sidewalk
on both sides of Syndicate St. from Englewood Ave. to Seminarq Ave and by doing all
other work which is necessary and incidental to complete said improvement
