WHEREAS, the City of Saint Paul (City), as part of its public improvement project to construct Phalen
Boulevazd, has acquired property and easements rights for said project; the parcels are legally described
in Attachment "A":
WHEREAS, in order to comply with the Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic
Development Grant, the City of Saint Paul needs to impose certain restricuons on said property,
s BE IT RESOLVED, T'hat the City Council of Saint Paul hereby authorizes the proper City Officials
s to file this resoluuon with Ramsey Counry Property and Revenue Department imposing the following
io restrictions on said property;
