�-Resolved, That upon the petition oP
Josephine Tones, and others, all that
portion of the public street situate in
the City of Saint Paul, County of Ram-
sey, and State of Minnesota, herein-
after described, be and the same is
hereby vacated and discontinued as a
public street, viz.:
"Grotto Street from the nbrtherly
boundary line of Como Avenue as
widened to the south boundary line
of Jessamine Street;" �
subiect expressly to the following con-
ditions and reservations:
1.that the vacation be subject to all
the terms and conditions of Section
228 of the Legislative Code regulat- �
ing the procedure and prescribing
conditions for the vacation of public
grounds, streets, alleys and high-
ways in the City of Saint Paul;
2.that petitioners pay to the City the
sum of $1,075.00 as compensation for
the vacation and provide the City
with a bond in the amount of
�1,000.00.
