Transaction: Fundinp Source: CosNRevenue Budgeted: Finanoial Information: (Explain) Activity Number. �:,�_.. . � ( ' � ' .� February 8, 2006 1 f:20 AM Page 1 �(�-�o� Addendum 1 to Lease Agreement PR12 WHEREAS, Lease Agreement PR12 was entered into by and between the City of Saint Paul, a Municipal Corporation and political subdivision of the State of Minnesota, hereinafter called the "CITY", and West Seventh Community Center, Non-Profit Corporation, hereinafter cailed the "WEST SEVENTH", on April 1, 2001, forthe purpose of Operating the West Seventh Community Center (hereinafter "CENTER"), located at 265 Oneida Street; and WHEREAS, the said Lease Agreement PR12 will expire on March 31, 2006; and WHEREAS, the parties thereto have agreed to renew the said Lease Agreement PR12 for a two year term as set forth in Lease Agreement PR12, 2. Term of Agreement; THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that Paragraph [2] of the said Lease Agreement PR12 shall be amended to read: [2] Term of Lease. This lease shall be in effect for a term commencing and ending on the dates indicated below, unless terminated eariier as provided herein. Term (Months/Years) Commencing Date Ending Date 2 year April 1, 2006 March 31, 2008 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that all other terms and conditions of said Lease Agreement PR12 shall remain in full force and effect.
