directed to execute L,ease Agreement PR12 Addendum I with the West Seventh Community
Center, to manage and operate the WBst Seventh Community Center, located at 265 Oneida
Street for a lease term of two years commencing on April 1, 2006 - March 31, 2008.

Addendum 1
to
Lease Agreement PR12
WHEREAS, Lease Agreement PR12 was entered into by and between the City of Saint Paul, a
Municipal Corporation and political subdivision of the State of Minnesota, hereinafter called the "CITY",
and West Seventh Community Center, Non-Profit Corporation, hereinafter cailed the "WEST
SEVENTH", on April 1, 2001, forthe purpose of Operating the West Seventh Community Center
(hereinafter "CENTER"), located at 265 Oneida Street; and
WHEREAS, the said Lease Agreement PR12 will expire on March 31, 2006; and
WHEREAS, the parties thereto have agreed to renew the said Lease Agreement PR12 for a two year
term as set forth in Lease Agreement PR12, 2. Term of Agreement;
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that Paragraph [2] of the said Lease Agreement PR12 shall be
amended to read:
[2] Term of Lease. This lease shall be in effect for a term commencing and ending on the dates
indicated below, unless terminated eariier as provided herein.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that all other terms and conditions of said Lease Agreement PR12 shall
remain in full force and effect.
