4il�REAS, to eliminate inactive sidewalk ordera,
Resolution of the City Council of �Ghe City of Saint Paul,
C.�'.�215839, approved December 17, i963, provided that all
orders in the matter of the cons�ruction or reQOnstruction
of monolithic concrete sidewalka ir� certain designated areas
were caneelled, annulled and rescinded; and
WHEREAS, by 3.nadve�tence, incSuded in the designated areas
were sidewalks, which had been construated and installed, pur-
� suant to Final Order of the City Council, O.F. 205631, approved
January 23, 1962, on both sides of Minnehaha Avenne from Dale
Street to Como Avenue; now, therefore, be i�
RESO�VED, that Resolution of the C��y Council of the City
of Saint Paul, C.F. 215839, app�oved December 17, 1.963, is
hereby amended �o exclude from its eontents all orders pertinent
to the construction of monolti3.thic concrete sidewalks on both
s3.des of Min�ehaha Avenue from�.e�Street to Como �Avettue, and
the orders 'approving and directing the construction of sa�d
s3�dewalks in said designated area are hereby reinstated with
full force and eff'eet . ,
