RESOLVED, -By �he Council of the Ci.ty of Saint Paul,
upon due consideration of the recommendatio� of the County
Welfare Board of the City of Saint Paul and County of Ramsey,
dated June,23� 196�+, recommending to said CouriQil and to the
Board of County Commissioners of Ramsey Co�nty that the annual
salary of Ru�h L. Bowman as Director of the County Welfare
Department of said County Welfare Board be increased from
$13,680 to $15,660, that sueh increase in said annual salary
