41HEREAS, To eliminate inactive sidewalk orders, Resolution of the City
Council of the City of Saint Paul, C.F. 215839, approved December 17, 1963,
provided that all orders in the matter of the construction or reconstruction
of monolithic concrete sidewalks in certain designated areas were cancelled,
annulled and rescinded; and- —

Wf�REAS, By inadvertence, included in the designated areas were side-
walks, which ,had--been�constructed and installed, pursuant to Final Order of
the City Council, -C.F. 209613, approved October 23, 1962, on both sides of
Montreal Avenue from Howell Street to St. Paul Avenue; now, therefore be it

RESOLVED, That Resolution of the City Council of the City of Saint
Faul, C.F. 215839, approved December 17, 1963, is hereby amended to exclude
from its contents all orders pertinent to the construction of monolithic
concrete sidepal'ks on �soth sides of Montreal Avenue from Howell Street to
St. Paul Avenue, and the orders approning and directing the construction
of said sidewalks in said designated area are hereby reinstated with full
force and effect.
