In the matter of the assessment of benefits, coats and expenses for improving Highland
Park�ay from Snelling Avenus to Hamli.ne Avenue by widening the roadbeds, b�r resur-
facing the present pavement; by ccuistructing curbs, by reconstructing the interseeting
alley and street returna Where necessary, by reconstrueting �dewalks where necessary;
., by constructing storm water dra3.nage facilities; by con.structing sewer, water and gas
service connectiona where necessary and by doing all other Work which is necessary
and incidental to complete sa,id improvement.

the Court House and City Hall Building, in the City of St. Paul; that the Commissioner of Fina.nce
give natice of said meetings, as required by the Charter, stating in said notice the time a,nd place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement, and the amount assessed against the lot or lots of the paxticular
