The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of Finance
upon the above improvement, and having considered sa,id report, hereby resolves: -
� 1. That the said report and� the same is hereby approved and adopted, a,nd the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with.
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Cauncil recommends is '
to reconstruct the sidewalk on the east �side of Fairview Ave. from Minnehaha Ave. ,
� ~ to Hubbard Ave. and on the West side of F'a,irvi�w Ave. from Minnehaha Ave. to Clayland
Place and by doing all other work which_is necessary and incidental to complete said

Resolved Further, Z`hat a public hearing be had on said improvement on the �h day of
April, 1965 � , at the hour of 14 o'clock A.M., in the Council Cliamber af the Court -
House and City Hall Building in the City of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of- Finance give notice of
said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by th� Charter, stating the time and place af
hearing, the nature of the improvement and the to�al cost thereof as estimated.
