of said easement being the center line of Van Dyke Street produced aoutherly of
Old Hudson Road; in Old Hudson Road from Van Dyke Street to iJhite Bear Avenue
and in lahite Bear Avenue from Old Hudson Road to E. Third Street.
Also construct a storm Water sewer in an easement (obtained) from Trunk High�+ay
Ao. 12 to Old Hudaon Rosd, the center line of said easement (obtained) being de-
scribed as the center line of Yan Dyke Street produced southerly of Old Hudson
Road; in Old Hudson Road from Van Dyke Street to White Bear Avenue, e.nd in White
Bear Av�enue from Old Hudson Road to Coniray Street.
Said easement (obtained) for se�ter purpoae� between Burns Avenue and Trunk
Highvay Ko. 12, being a strip, of laad 30 ft. in width, the center line of said
easemer�t being the east line of the Hest � of the SF14 of Sec. 35, T-29, R-2�.
