The Council of the City of St. Paul ha,ving received the report of the Commissioner of Finance
upon th'e above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement .
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with.
� 2. That the nature of the improvement which the Cauncil recommends is
to grade and surface with bituminous material the alley in Block 2, Hagers Sub. of
Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7,� 14, 15, 16, 17, 18 of Walcotts Addition to Cottage ,
Homes from W. Cottage Avenue to W. Arlington Avenue.
with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof is $ 3,343.74
Resolved Further, That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 8th day of
June, 1965 at the hour of 10 o'clock A.M., in the Council Chamber af the Court
House and City Hall Building in the City of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of F`inance give notice af
said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the time and place af
hea,ring, the nature of the improvement and the tota.l cost thereof as estimated. � -
