In the Matter of reconstructing the sidewalk on both sides of Ohio Street fram Sidney
Street to Page Street and by doing all other work wh�ch is necessary and incidental to
complete said improvement _
�under Preliminary Order 2z237z approve� March 10, 1965
.The Council of the City of St.� Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of Finance
upon th'e above impravement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report a.nd the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with.
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council-recommends is
to reconstruct the sidewalk on ��oth sides of Ohio Street from Sidney Street to
' Page Street and bq doing all other work which is necessary and incidental to camplete
said improvement, egcept where good and snfficient sidewalks now exiat

� with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof is $ 3_25 f�r 5� wide walk
3.80 for 6' wide walk
Resolved Further, That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the gth day of
JunP, 19�5 , at the hour of 10 o'clock A.M., in the Council Chamber af the Court
House and City Hall Building in the Gity of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of Finance give notice of
said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the Chaxter, stating the time and place af
heaxing, the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
