In the matter of the assesament of benefits, costs and expenses for improving Prior
Avenue from Minnehaha Avenue to Pierce Butler Route by regrading, paving and curbing
the roadbed and street, a11ey and driveway returns; by constructing storm water •
drainag� facilities; by reconstructing existing paving, curbing and sidewalks
where necessary; by constructing sewer, water and gas service connections where
necessary; by constructing an ornamental lighting system and by doing a11 other work
. which is necessary and incidental to complete said improvement.

RESOLVE�D FURTHER, That a public heaxing be had an said assessment on the 9th

the Court House and City Hall Building, in the City �of St. Paul; that the Commissioner of Fina,nce
