In the Matter of r.econstructing the side�alk on both sides of McLean Avenue from
Frank Street to Griffith Street and bq doing all other work which is �necessary and '
incidental to complete said improvement
under Preliminary Order 223079 approver� April 22, 1965�.
The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of F`inance
upon th'e above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report ancl the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with. • �
� 2. That the nature of the improvement which the Cauncil recommends is
to reconstruct the sidewalk on both sides of McLean Avenue from Frank �Street to '
Griffieh Street_ and by doing all other work which is necessary and incidental to `
complete said improvement, except where good and sufficient sidewalks now exist . "

Resolved Further, That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 9th day of
