In the Matter of- reconstructing the sidewalk on the south side of �Iayzata Street
from Marion Street west�approximately 124 feet abutting 919 Marion Street and by
doing all other work which is necessary, and incidental to canplete said improvement
, under Preliminary Order 223052 approved April 21. 1965
The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of F�nance
upon th'e above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolve"s: '
1. That the said report and the same is liereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with.
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Cauncil recommends is
to reconstruct the sidewalk on the south side o£ Wayzata Street from Marion Street
west approximately 124 feet abutting 919-Marion Street and by doing all other work
whiclt is necessarq and incidental to complete said improvement
. with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof is $ 3.25 per. lin. ft. for 5' wide walk

Resolved Further, That a public hearing be had on said improvement on thP �th day of
June, 1965 , at the hour of 10 o'clock A.M., in the Council Chamber af the Court
House and City Hall Building in the City of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of FYnance give notice of
said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the time and place af
hearing, the nature of the improvement and the to�a,l cost thereof as estimated.
