The Council of the City of St. Paul having r'eceived the report of the Commissioner of �nance ' �
. upon the above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves: "
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with. ' �-
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Cauncil recommends is �
to reconstruct the sidewalk and replace With integral curb-sidewalk on both sides of
Thirteenth Street from Robert Street to Jackson Street and by doing all other work -
which is neces�.y and incidental to complete said improqement, except where good and
suf�icient aidewalks now exist. � , .
with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof is $ 10.00 ger. lin. ft. for 5" mono.

Resolved Further, That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the �rh day of �
T.�ne, 7 96 5 � , at the hour of 10 o'clock A.M., in the Council Chamber o� the Court
House and City Hall Building in the City of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of Finance give notice of
said meeting to the persons arid in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the time and� place af
hea,ring, the riature of the improvement and the�total cost thereof as estimated. -
