In the matter of constructing the Storm and Clear Water Sewer
for the Minnesota Highway Department Bu'�.lding, Contract No. 65-5-1110A,
the City to be reim6ursed for the total cost estimated at $10,687.59
(inciudes 10 percent Engineering and 2 percent Inspection) by the State
of Minnesota from the State Trunk Highway Fund.
RESOLVED, That the plans and specifications for the above named
improvement, as submitted by the Commissioner of Public Works, be and the
same are hereby approved and be it further
RESOLVED, That the Purchasing Agent be and he is hereby directed
to advertise for bids on this improvement.
