1 WHEREAS, TGL Enterprises Inc., d/b/a Matty B's Supperclub, located at 354 Wabasha Street North in
2 Saint Paul, has requested a waiver of the15-day notice requirement on-sale liquor over 200 seats, Sunday on-
3 sale liquor, and liquor on sale 2:00 a.m. closing licenses; and

WHEREAS, the District 17 Community Council has agreed to the waiver of the notice requirements; and
7 WHEREAS, the Council finds that the application is in order and there aze no grounds for denial of the
8 license and that failure to grant the waiver and the consequent delay in approving the license would cause
9 exceptional and unusual hardship to the license applicant; and

ll WHEREAS, the licensee agrees that in the event a complaint is received prior to the expiration of the
12 15-day period and the complaint provides a basis for adverse action against the license, that the Office of License,
13 Inspecrions and Environmental Protection maydirect the licensee to immediately discontinue all operations until
14 a public hearing is scheduled, and that the licensee shall comply with said directive; now, therefore, be it
15
16 RESOLVED, that the 15 day notice requirements of §409.06 ofthe Saint Paul Legislative Code are hereby
17 waived and on-sale liquor over 200 seats, Sunday on-sale liquor, and liquor on sale 2:00 a.m. closing licenses are
18 issued to TGL Enterprises Inc., d/b/a Matty B's Supperclub, located at 354 Wabasha Street North in Saint Paul,
19 subject to the agreement stated above.

CapitolRiver Council- District 17 agrees to a waiver of the 15 day waifing period for a
Liquor On Sale License for Matty B's Supper Club, 354 Wabasha Street. The district
council encourages the business owners to talk with their neighbors, both residents and
businesses, about their plans and to address any concerns.
