RESOLUTION
OF SAINT PAUL, MINNESOTA
Presented by
1 WHEREAS, the Council of the city of Saint Paul, in Council File No. OS-637, adopted an interim
2 ordinance regulating official controls within a limited area of Ward 7 as specified therein; and

4 WHEREAS, Ms. Elizabeth Irish has requested to replace her gazage roof on her property at 674 Point
Douglas Road South;
7 WHEREAS, the Councii finds that the said proposal is in keeping with the underlying intent of Council
8 File No. OS-637;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the Ciry of Saint Paul hereby approves an
amendment, by subsequent adoption, to council File No. OS-637, for the purpose of permitting Ms.
Elizabeth Irish, or her representative, to apply for zoning and building permits for the purpose of replacing
the gazage roof on her property at 674 Point Douglas Road South located within the boundaries of the
interim ordinance created under said interim ordinance and that the appropriate City agencies are hereby
authorized to process and, if necessary approves such application in the manner provided by law; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, pending formal passage, approvai and effective date of an amendment to
Council File No. 05-637 providing for the said actions noted above, the appropriate city agencies may act
upon Ms. Irish, or her representative's, applications as if the said amendment to said Council File has
already taken effect.
