In the matter of the assessment of benefits, cost and expenses to improve JACRSON STREET
from the north right-of-way line of the Great Northern Railway to Ac�er Street, ACRER
STREET from Jackson Street Co Cortland Place and CORTLAND PLACE from Acker Stre�t to
Sycamore Street, by grading and paving Che widened roadbeds; by resurfacing the pre-
sent pavement; by constrncting curbs; bq reconstructing intersecting alley and street
returns and sidewalks where necessary; by constructing storm water drainage facilities;
bq constructing sewer, water and gas service connections where nncessary and by doing
all other work which is nec�asary and incidental to camplete said improvement
under Preliminary Order 210336 ,approved December 11, 1962

RESOLVED, That the said assessment be and the same is hereby in all respects approved.
RESOLVE�D FURTHER, That a public heaxing be had an said assessment on the 2nd
day of .tnn@, 1965 , , at the hour of 10 o'clock A. M., in the �ouncil Chamber of
the Court House and City Hall Building, in the City of St. Paul; that the Commissioner of Finance
give natice of said meetings, as required by the Charter, stating in said notice the time a,nd place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement, and the amount assessed against the lot or lots of the paxticular
owner to whom the notice is directed.
