WHEREAS, said Commission� in letter dated April 29, 1965,
from Francis M. Tompkins� Executive Secretary� to Robert B.
_ Gerber� City Clerk� has requested that the City Council approve
said contracts and authorize the proper City officials to
execute the sa.me on behalf of the City of Saint Paul; now�
therefore� be it
RESOLVED� That the Council of the City of Saint Paul hereby
authorizes� approves and ratifies the action of the Hospital
Facility Building Commission in the premises and authorizes
the proper City officials to execute� on behalf of said City�
the aforementioned contracts. ,
