This is in the matter of the application of Dell V.Dahn to install
and operate a 32 car off-street. parking facility in conjunction
with a 32 unit apartment development to be constructed on property
located at the southwest corner of South Robert and vacated Elizabeth
' ' Streets which is described asLots 8, 9, 10, Block 125 and that part of
vacated Elizabeth Street adjoining Lot 10, Block 125 West St.Paul
Proper and the south 10 feet of Lot 6, BLock 112, West St.Paul Proper.
The property was rezoned f rom "A" residence district to "C" residence
district on February 27, 1965.
' The Board of Zoning considered this matter at its regular meeting on .
March 4, 1965. The staff reported that the parking lot plan met all
of the standards for this type of facility and had been reviewed and
approved by the Traffic Engirieer. The proposal also meets the required .
standards for density and building ground coverage.

In consideration-of these factors, t�he�Board of._Zoning recommends
the granting of the application for a 32 car parking facility on
� the above described property in accordance with final revised plans
dated received April 12, 1965.
