The Council of the City of St. Paul ha,ving received the report of the Commissioner of I+�nance '
upon th'e above improvement, and�having considered said report, hereby resolves: � � _
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with. � _ '� . -
- 2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends is
. to reconstruct the sidewalk on both aides o.f Cherokee Avenue from Morton Street to
Baker Street and bq doing all other work which is necessary and incidental to complete
, said improvement, except where good arid sufficient sidewalks now eg�st.
with,,no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof is $ 3•25 per. 7 in. f t. for 5' wide

Resolved Further, That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 2rid day of

said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the time and place af
hearing, the nature of the improvement and the tota,l cost thereof as estimated.
