- upon the above impravement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement �
� is hereby ordered to be proceeded with. . _
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends is �
to reconstract the sidewalk_on both sides of Forest Street from Marqland Anenue to �
Ro�e Street and by doing all other work �which is necessary and incidental to com-

said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the•time and place af �
hearing, the nature of the improvement and the tota,l cost thereof as eatimated. ° •
