� The Council of the City of St. Paul ha,ving received the report of the Commissioner of �inance
upon the above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby�approved and adopted, and the said improvement ►
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with. _ .
. 2. That the nature of the improvement which the Cauncil recommends is �
. to reconstruct the sidewalk'on both sides of Lafond Ave. from Victoria St, to Avon
, St, and by doing all other work which is 'necessary and incidental to complete said
improv�ment, except where good and sufficient sidewalk� now exist. .
