_ The Council of the G`ity of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of �nance
upon the above improvement, and having considered sa,id report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and� the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with.
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Cauncil recommends is
• .to grade and surface with bituminous material the a11ey in Blk, 3, Hume Add, and Blk.
4, Wessel's Add, from the North-South alley to Kennard St. Also constructing a sewer
for. storm water purposes from the a11ey to Suburban Ave, in an easement to be obtained
- on, under and across the easterly 4 feet of Lot 19, Blk. 4, Wessel's Addition.
with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof is $ 6,290.20 -

Resolved Further, Z`hat a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 1 s t day of
, June, 19 65 � , at the hour of 14 o'clock A.M., in the Council G°hamber af the Court
House and City Hall Building in the City of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of� Finance give notice of
�said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by th� Charter, stating the time and place af
� heaxing, the nature of the improvement and the tot�al cost thereof as estima.ted.
