In the Matter of reconstructing the sidewalk on the north side of Wyoming Street
fram Cherokee Avenue to Ottawa Avenue and by doing all 'other work which is necessary
and incidental to complete said improvement
under Preliminary Order 223043 approved April 21� 1965
The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of Finance
upon the above impravement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves: . .
1. That the said report and� the same is hereby approved and adopted, aud the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with. __ _
' 2.�� That the na�ure�of the improvement which the Cauncil recommends is
to reconstruct the sidewalk on the north side of Wyoming Street from Cherokee Avenue
to Ottawa Avenue and by doing all other work which is necessary and incidental to
complete said imprwement, except where good and sufficient sidewalks now exist

with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof is $ 3-�5 Pi r 1 i n. f t. for 5' wide wa lk

Resolved Further, Z`hat a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 29th day of
_ June, 1965 , at the hour of 10 o'clock A.M., in the Council (�hamber af the Court
House and City Hall Building in the City of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of Finance give notice of
said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by th� Charter, stating the time and place af
hearing, the nature of the improvement and the tot�al cost thereof as estimated.
