Inthe Matter of reconstructing the sidewalk on the south .side of East Belvidere
Street from Oakdale Avenue to Woodbury Avenue and on the north side of East Belvidere
Street from Harvard Street to Woodbury Avenue and by doing all other work which is '
, necessary and incidental to cmmplete said improvement
under Preliminary Order �2��74 approved April 22, 1965
The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of �nance
upon the above impravement, and having considered said report, hereby resolvea: �
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved and a,dopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with.
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Cauncil recommends is -
to reconstruct the sidewalk on the south sideaE East Belvidere Street fram Oakdale
Avenue to Woodburq Avenue and on the north si�e of East Belvidere Street from Har-
vard Street to Woodbury Avenue and by doing all other work which is necessary and
incidental to complete said improvement, except where good and sufficient sidewalks
now exist • •
with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof is $ 3.25 per. lin. ft. for 5' wide walk
3.80 per. l�n. ft. for 6' wide walk
� Resolved Further, That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 29th day of
June� 1965 , at the hour of 10 o'clock A.M., in the Council Chamber o�f the Court
, House and City Hall Building in the City of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of Finance give notice of
said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the time and place af
hearing, the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated. ,
