RE�OLVED� That the Council of the City of �Saint Paul
hereby endorses an.d concurs in the action of the Board of �County
Commissioners of Ramsey County by their Resolution No. 9-7763
adopted May 2�-� 1965� as follows:
� "WHEREA�� the CQUntyr of Ramsey expends considerable
time of its technical employees preparing legislation .
� - which the Board of Ramsey �County �ommissioners believes
�,r � to be in the fiest interests of the people of Ramsey �ounty;
- and
"WHPREA�, no Pamsey County legislation can be enacted
by the legislature of the �tate of Minnesota withou� the
endorsement of the Ramsey County �enate Delegation; and
"WHEREA�� the County of Ramsey unlike the City of St.
� . �aul cannot submit �o the voters issues which are re�ected
by the �Sena;�e delegation of Ramsey county; and
� "WHEREA�, the �enators of Ramsey County should be
i � responsible to the electorate of Ramsey �County for the
