�ications �or the improvement of a paxt of Tru.nk�Highway Number 390 renumbered as Trunk
Highwa.y Number 35E within the corporate limits'of the City of St. Paul �'rom Faxrington St.
to S�a�nit Ave.; and -
WHERF',AS, Said plans are on fi�.e in the office of the Depaxtment o� Highways, St. Paul,
Minnesota, being marked, labeled, and identified as S.F. 6280-98 (T.H. 35E=390); and
WHEREAS, Sa.id special provisions are on �ile in the office of the Department of Highways,
St. Pau1, Minnesota, being maxked, labeled, a.nd identified as S.P. 6280-98 (T.H. �5E=390),
Minn. Pro�. z 35E-�+ (67) 113, which, together with the Minnesota Department of Eighways
S�ecifications for Highway Construction, dated January l, 1g64, on file in the o�fice of
the Co�nnissioner of Highways, constitute the specifications for said improvement of Trunk
Highway Number 390 renumbered as 2�unk Highway Num'ber 35E; and.
W�EREAS, Copies oP said plans a.nd special prov3sions as so maxked, labeled, and identi-
fied axe also on file in the off3ce of the Departu�ent of Public Works; and
WHEREAS, The term "said pla.ns and special provisions" as hereinafter used in the boc'�p
of this resolution shall be deemed and intended to mea.n, refer to, and incorporate the

plans and specia.l provis3.ons in the foregoing recitals particularly identified an.d described;
NOW, THEN, BE IT RESOLVED, Tha.t said plans aud special provisions �or the improvem�ent
of Trunk Highway Number 390 rennmbered as Trunk Aighwa.y N�ber 35E within the limits o� the
City of St. Paul be �.nd hereby are° approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the elevations and grades as sh�wn 3.n said plans and
special provisions be and they are hereby approved, and consent is hereby given to a�y and
a11 changes in �ade occasioned by the construction o� said Trunk Highwa,y Number 390 re-
