� This is in reply to the referral of Gerald E.Frisch's 1) appeal for an
extension of "C" residence use to the entire site, and 2) application
for. a permit to install and operate a 12 car off-street parking lot i
accessory to a proposed 12 unit apartinent building on property located �
� on the south side of Larpenteur Avenue between Rice and Park Streets 1
i ' which is describec3 as Lots 5, 6, 7, Block Y, Merrill�s Division of Rice �

' _ On August 3, 1964, the applicant secured Council approval for a ten-unit #
� apartment building on Lots 6 and 7, with off-street parking accessory �
!� thereto. Lot 5 has recently been purchased by the applicant,� and he is �
� a'sking for an extension of the-"C" residence use permitted on Lots 6 and
�' 7 to Lot 5, and a new proposal for a 12 unit apartment building w3.th off- �
street parking accessory thereto. - , _ _ #
' The Board of Zoning considered this matter at its, regular meeting on 1
�
` April 15, 1965. The staff reported that the off-street parking plan j
; met all of the requirements for this type of facility, and had been '
, � reviewed and approved by the Traffic Engineer. The proposal also meets �
, the required standards for density and building ground coverage. The i
Board was of the opinion that the present proposal is preferable to the �
last submitted plan for ten units. � , �
