� This is in the matter of the referral` of the appeal of Sam Rosenblatt ;
•to relax the 24 foot minimum_ building line setback requirement from
< < Highland Parkway to 23 feet 6 inches on property located at the north- -
west corner of Finn �tre t and Highland Parkway which is described as �
, � � � Lot 30, Block 5, � a erine Park Second Addition. The property is
' zoned "A" residence. _
The Board of Zouing considered this matter at its regular meeting on �
April 15, 1965. The staff� reported that at the time of constructing
IF the residence, the foundation was placed in error at a_depth of 23 feet � �
'� 8 inches f rom Highland Parkway, whereas the minimum setback require- t
f inent is 24 feet, in effect, a 4 inch error. Upon viewing the property, .!
� it did not appear that the requested relaxation would have a detrimental
feffect on the adjoining property, nor would it deviate from the purpose �
� and intent of the setback provision of the Legislative Zoning Code.
�� In consideration of these factors, the Board of Zoning recommends
the granting of the appeal to establish a 23 foot 6 inch setback ;
