The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of Finance
upon the above impravement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and� the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with. _ ,
2. That the nature�of the improvement which the Council recommends is
" to reconstruct the sidewalk on both sides of King St. from R:obert St. to State St.
and by doing all other �rork which is necessary and incidental to complete saa.d ° '
improvemen`t, except where good and sufficient sidewalks now exist
with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof is $ 3.25 Per lin. ft. for 5' wide walk
