', � upon the above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and• the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement �
. is hereby ordered to be proceeded with. � _
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Cauncil recommends is .
- to reconstruct the sidewalk on both sides of Jessamine Ave. from Burr St. to
Bradley St. and by doi.ng a11 other work which is necessary and�incidental to
complete said •improv�anent, except where good and sufficient sidewalks now exist.

said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by th� Charter, stating the time and place af
heaxing, the nature of the improvement and the tot�al cost thereof as estimated.
