SUBJECT: 1575 Woodbridge St.
Gentlemen:
There are three buildings on the property described as Lots 10
tYirough 15, Block 6, Rice Street Villas, also known as -1575
Woodbridge Street, Saint Paul 17.. The residence is a one and
one-half story frame buildi�ig, 20 by 14 by 16, the shed is 8
by 16, and the well house is 8 by 8. These buildings have
been vandalized and are beyond repair. The interior of the
residence and shed is completely wrecked, doors and windows are
broken out.� They should be wrecked and removed as they are
dangerous to life, limb, and adjoining property.
. The last known record owner is Bankers Mortgage Corporation,
81 East Fifth Street, Saint Paul, Minnesota. Danger Notices
have been posted.
Kindly institute condemnation action by setting a public hear-
ing date in accordance with Section 1.07-2 of the Saint Paul
Legislative Co;de.
