SUBJECT: 49i Iglehart Avenue
Gentlemen:
There is a two story frame single family dwelling at 491
Iglehart Avenue, also described as Lot 18, Block 20,
Mackubin �nd Marshall ' s �ddition� S�-� �'��
An inspection has been made and it1s found that the build-
ing is wide open, badly vandalized. The front porch, roof
and cornice are rotted. Plaster is falling from walls and
ceilings. Stair railings and fixtures have been removed.
Siding is missing. Joists are rotted and sagging and the base-
ment stairs are unsafe. This dwelling is dangerous to life,
limb and adjoining property, and should be repaired or wreck-
ed and remoyed. A Danger Notice was posted.
The last known record owner is the University Motors, Inc.
1197 Uniyersity Avenue, Saint Paul, Minnesota 55104.
Kindly institute condemnation action by setting a hearing
date in accordance with Section 1-07-2 of the Saint Paul
Legislative Code.
